Merriment in Maritime!

I still remember when I was nine. I had this trip of my life and guess what I was the first one in the family to go there.
The fresh green grass upon which staged those enchanting models of historic aircraft and the huge Navy ship. The chance to see inside the submarine. To read the stories of our national heroes and to make sketches of them.
This was something I would never forget. It was the time when they had recently opened the museum, the Maritime Museum of Pakistan Navy for the public. It was the time when most of the grass had yet to bloom and flourish.
We sat there on a patch of grass watching the lighthouse. Sketching as a matter of fact and having our lunch. Sharing our joy with each other. Us, the classmates of grade four. Us, the privileged ones.
